Warren’s Land Development is seeking skilled operators and laborers to join our construction and land division for developmental projects.  The ideal candidates have experience in various equipment operation, safety protocols, and construction knowledge.

DESCRIPTION

​

• This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to grow within the land development and construction industry and contribute to projects that prepare land for residential and commercial construction

• Operate machinery excavators, bulldozers, and skid steers for land clearing

• Perform manual labor tasks, including debris removal, tree cutting, and brush clearing

• Maintain and inspect equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation

• Assist in grading, excavation, and erosion control as needed

• Follow site plans and instructions from site supervisors and project managers

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental guidelines

• Communicate with team members to effectively collaborate and coordinate land clearing and construction activities that may be simultaneous

 

REQUIREMENTS

• A working knowledge of heavy equipment or a familiarity with land clearing, excavation, or site preparation.

• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry

• Valid Drivers license

• Expected hours: 40 HRS per week

• Self-motivated, and a willingness to learn
