Warren's Land Development was founded by Michael and Anna Warren in 2020. We are independently owned, operated, insured, and based out of Halifax, NC. Michael has 20+ years of experience in heavy equipment and grading with an exceptional reputation, the knowledge, and integrity to make your project successful. With clear communication as a priority, we remain in contact with landowner’s, site managers and project coordinators throughout the duration of your project while ensuring timely completion, at a competitive price.
